- Enter your registration information
- Please enter the required information on the Zipan free membership application page and click the "Confirm" button.
*We have implemented SSL encryption on the personal information input page so that our customers can use the site with peace of mind.
*To register your Microsoft Teams contact details, please register as a free member and go to the customer information settings screen.

- Check and submit your input
- Please check the information you entered and if there are no problems, click the "Submit" button.

- Receive temporary registration email and verify your email address

- Log in to the member page "My Zipan"
- Click the "Login (My Zipan)" button in the top right corner of the Zipan homepage.
Please enter your registered email address and password.
Click the "Login" button.

You may not have clicked on the verification email sent to your email address, or you may have entered an incorrect email address or password. In rare cases, your browser cache may affect your ability to log in, so please try clearing your cache and logging in, or try using a different browser.

Zipan uses the free communication software "Microsoft Teams" for lessons. Teams users can call each other anywhere in the world for free, and video calls are possible if you have a camera.
You can take lessons more effectively by using the chat function to send messages to the other person.

Zipan uses the free communication software "Microsoft Teams" for lessons. Teams users can call each other anywhere in the world for free, and video calls are possible if you have a camera.

- Check your Teams privacy settings

- Please note that the initial settings may vary depending on the version of Microsoft Teams installed.
- In the Teams app, go to "Settings" > "Privacy"
- Make sure the "Allow Search" setting is "On" (If this setting is "Off," trainers will not be able to search for or invite you, which may cause problems with lessons).
- [Note] Depending on your Teams settings, the following account information may be displayed to trainers (email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile, etc.).

- Log in to the member page "My Zipan" and follow the instructions on the first screen to register your ① "Teams invitation link" and ② "Teams email address" on the "Customer Information Settings" screen.
- Please be sure to register your "Teams invitation link" and "Teams email address" instead of your Teams display name.

You can take lessons without a headset, but we recommend using a high-quality headset.
<For those using a computer without a built-in microphone>
Headsets can be purchased at electronics retailers or online. If you would like your trainer to see your video, please prepare a separate webcam.
3. Take a free trial lesson
Book a lesson

- Book a lesson
- Log in to your member page "My Zipan" and click the "Lesson Reservation" button in the top menu of the Home screen to go to the lesson reservation page.
Select the "date" you would like to take the free trial lesson, and click on the available time slot (the time slot marked "OPEN") to book your free trial lesson.
You can check your reserved lessons on the "My Zipan" home screen. -

- First, please check the following points:
- Is the microphone/headset connected properly?
- Is the volume muted or set low?
- Are you able to log in to Microsoft Teams?
- Has the trainer been added to your Microsoft Teams Contacts?
