This service is a career growth support program that combines "G Talent," a recruitment agency focusing on foreign talent, and "Zipan," an online business Japanese language service.
By combining the process from career consultation to job change support by "G Talent" with the improvement of business Japanese skills utilizing "Zipan," we achieve career growth in a short period of time. Overview of Participation Eligibility
Those who can participate in this project are those who meet all of the following conditions:
- Those currently employed (regardless of employment type, those who are working at the time of application for this project and at the time of the initial career consultation).
- Those aiming for a job change that involves a change of employer.
*The employment type after changing jobs does not matter.
*The implementation period of this project is until the end of March 2027, and those who are considering a job change within that period are eligible.
*Those currently working as sole proprietors or public servants are not eligible.
*Only those who conduct job hunting activities through Bizmates' recruitment agency "G Talent" or the job site "GitTap" are eligible.
*Job change support does not guarantee a job change, so there may be cases where we cannot introduce you depending on your conditions.
Regarding Documents to be Submitted When Participating in this Project
Those participating in this project may be required to submit various information, including personal information, requested by our company.
- Consent to participate in this project and pledge confirmation (at the time of registration/career consultation).
- Official identification documents (Residence certificate documents, etc.).
- One month's salary slip from your current job.
- One month's salary slip after 1 year has passed since changing jobs, etc. .
- When participating in the project and receiving a career consultation, a record of the implementation of the career consultation is required. We may record audio/video of the contents during WEB interviews, etc.

Can I job hunt while continuing my current job during the course period?
A
It is possible. In fact, we recommend a schedule where career counseling begins in the middle of the course to align with your learning progress, allowing you to receive a job offer upon completion.

Won't I be bombarded with job openings before I acquire the skills?
A
We will not force you to apply. Because your learning progress is shared via a management tool, your advisor understands the "timing when you are ready" and will make optimal proposals.

If I give up on the learning halfway through, will I no longer be able to receive the introduction service?

The introduction service itself can be continued, but a recommendation within the reskilling framework (welcoming inexperienced candidates) requires a certain level of progress in the curriculum as a condition.

A
Of course not. Our goal is to build a satisfying career, so please do not hesitate to tell us if it does not match your desires.

Can I take the Zipan Career Advancement Course even from overseas?
A
Yes, you can take the course. Zipan is completed entirely online (on the dedicated platform MyZipan). However, the available lesson times are from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM (25:00) Japan time. Please check the time difference before applying.

Are part-time workers eligible for subsidies?
A
Yes, they are eligible. If you are an employed person with an employment contract (regular employee, contract employee, temporary employee, part-time worker, etc.) with a company at the time of application, you are eligible for this system regardless of employment type.

I cannot speak Japanese at all, can I take the course?
A
We are sorry, but you are not eligible for this course. This course provides practical training to succeed in business environments using Japanese. Therefore, we recommend a level ranging from JLPT N4 completion to N2 (those with basic skills at an everyday conversation level). We do not recommend this to beginners who cannot read Hiragana or Kanji at all.

My current job is not IT-related, can I take the IT course?
A
Yes, you can take the course. We welcome those aiming to change jobs to the IT industry with no prior experience, as well as those who want to utilize IT skills in their current job types (sales, administration, etc.). The curriculum is designed so you can learn step-by-step from the basics to a level usable in actual work.

If I quit taking the course halfway through, will I be charged a cancellation fee?
A
There are no cancellation fees, but you will not be able to receive the subsidy. If you cancel the course halfway through, we cannot refund the tuition paid up to that point. Also, please note that because you have not completed the course, you will not be eligible for the 50% tuition subsidy (cashback).

Will my current employer be notified that I am taking the course?
A
No, in principle, they will not be notified. We will never contact your current employer about your course attendance or job-hunting status without your consent. You can engage in skill improvement and job hunting with peace of mind.

I am busy with work, is it okay if there are weeks when I cannot take lessons as planned?
A
Yes, you can Adjustment to your own pace. Zipan 's online lessons can be freely booked and canceled through the web reservation system (My Zipan a dedicated platform) to suit your convenience. You can create your own schedule so that you can complete all 45 lessons within a two-month period, for example, by taking all your lessons on weekends because you are busy on weekdays.

I currently have a personal contract for Zipan 's 5 lessons / month plan. Is it possible to switch to the Career Advancement course? What is the procedure?
A
Yes, you can take the course.
However, due to system limitations, it is not possible to directly change your plan from your current monthly plan. We apologize for the inconvenience, but you will need to temporarily suspend your current plan and then apply for the Career Advancement Course. We will provide you with specific instructions on how to switch plans, so please feel free to contact us.
