The program consists of 45 sessions in total: 30 dedicated lessons, 10 interview preparation sessions, and 5 Assist Lessons tailored to the student's needs.

Those eligible to participate in this project must meet all of the following conditions:
- Those currently employed (regardless of employment type, those who are employed at the time of application for this program and at the time of the initial career consultation)
- Those seeking a career change that involves a change of employer
*The employment type after changing jobs is not a requirement.
*This program will run until the end of March 2027, and is intended for individuals who are considering changing jobs during that period.
*This program is not available to individuals currently working as self-employed individuals or as civil servants.
*This offer is only available to those who have conducted their job search through Bizmates' recruitment agency "G Talent" or the job search website "GitTap".
*Please note that our job placement support service does not guarantee employment, and we may not be able to introduce you to any positions depending on your circumstances.
Documents to be submitted when participating in this project
Those participating in this project may be required to submit various types of information, including personal information, as requested by our company.
- Confirmation of consent and pledge to participate in this program (during registration and career consultation)
- Official identification documents (such as proof of residence)
- One month's worth of pay slips from my current job
- One month's payslip after one year of employment, etc.
- When you participate in our program and receive career counseling, we will need to keep a record of the counseling session. This may include recording or videotaping of the session, such as during web-based interviews.

Can I continue my current job while looking for a new one during the course period?

Yes, it's possible. In fact, we recommend starting career counseling midway through the program, in line with your learning progress, and aiming to secure a job offer upon completion.

Do you ever find yourself receiving a constant stream of job offers before you've even acquired the necessary skills?
A
We will not pressure you to apply. Since we share your learning progress using a management tool, your advisor will understand when you are ready and provide the best possible suggestions.

If I drop out of the program midway, will I lose access to the referral service?
A
The referral service itself can continue, but recommendations for the reskilling category (entry-level positions) will require a certain level of progress in the curriculum.

Of course not. Our goal is to help you build a fulfilling career, so please don't hesitate to let us know if it doesn't meet your expectations.

Can I take Zipan Career Advancement Course from overseas?
A
Yes, you can enroll. Zipan is entirely online (through its dedicated platform, My Zipan). However, the available hours are from 5 AM to 1 AM Japan time. Please check the time difference before registering.

Are part-time workers eligible for subsidies?

Yes, you are eligible. If you are currently employed and have an employment contract with a company (regular employee, contract employee, temporary employee, part-time worker, etc.) at the time of application, you are eligible for this program regardless of your employment status.

I can't speak any Japanese at all. Can I still take the course?
A
We apologize, but this course is not suitable for you. This course provides practical training to help you succeed in a business setting using Japanese. Therefore, we recommend that you have completed JLPT N4 to N2 level (you have basic conversational Japanese skills). We do not recommend this course for beginners who cannot read hiragana or kanji at all.

My current job isn't IT-related, but can I still take an IT course?
A
Yes, you are welcome to take the course. We welcome those aiming to change careers to the IT industry from a non-IT background, as well as those who want to utilize their IT skills in their current job (sales, administration, etc.). The curriculum is designed to allow you to learn step by step, from the basics to a level where you can use the skills in practical work.

If I drop out of the course midway, will I be charged a penalty fee?
A
There are no cancellation fees, but you will not be eligible for subsidies. If you cancel your enrollment midway through the course, we cannot refund the tuition fees paid up to that point. Also, please note that because you will not have completed the course, you will not be eligible for the 50% tuition fee subsidy (cashback).

Will my current employer be notified that I am taking this course?
A
No, as a general rule, you will not be notified. We will never Keeping someone informed your current employer about your course status or job search activities without your consent. You can focus on improving your skills and your job search with peace of mind.

Is it okay if I'm too busy with work and can't attend classes as planned every week?
A
Yes, you can Adjustment to your own pace. Zipan 's online lessons can be freely booked and canceled through the web reservation system (My Zipan a dedicated platform) to suit your convenience. You can create your own schedule so that you can complete all 45 lessons within a two-month period, for example, by taking all your lessons on weekends because you are busy on weekdays.

I currently have a personal contract for Zipan 's 5 lessons / month plan. Is it possible to switch to the Career Advancement course? What is the procedure?
A
Yes, you can take the course.
However, due to system limitations, it is not possible to directly change your plan from your current monthly plan. We apologize for the inconvenience, but you will need to temporarily suspend your current plan and then apply for the Career Advancement Course. We will provide you with specific instructions on how to switch plans, so please feel free to contact us.
